Mr. Brodsky was elected to LIN TV Corp.’s Board of Directors in June 2005. Mr. Brodsky is a founder and partner of HBC Investments, a firm focused on investing in growth-oriented companies. Prior to co-founding HBC in 2011, Mr. Brodsky was a partner at the private equity firm of HM Capital Partners and its predecessor, Hicks Muse, where he was employed for over 15 years. Mr. Brodsky currently serves on the board of directors of various non-profit organizations. Additionally, Mr. Brodsky was a member of the board of directors of Unitek Global Services, Inc. from January 2010 until March 2012. Prior to joining HM Capital Partners in 1995, Mr. Brodsky worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Brodsky received his BA from Yale University in 1992.
